WARRANTY OF THE MATERIALS

Racing Colors, SL as an authorized distributor acts as the intermediary between brands and customers. Racing Colors, SL notes that all items have the official guarantee of the manufacturer in question and is in full legal provision to exercise that warranty.

RETURNS POLICY

Processed returns under the following situations:

a) Material with a defect from the factory:

Any material that we distribute has the manufacturer's warranty which covers manufacturing defects for 2 years after the purchase. Does not cover defects of use (caused by abuse). In any case it will always be the SAT of the brand in question responsible for performing the technical tests relevant and decide whether there is repair cost or if this comes under warranty. If you enter into warranty, the postage would be assumed by Racing Colors. On the contrary, if it were not so, the costs should be borne by the Customer.

(b) Material received in bad state:

In such a case, if the package is bumps, stains, tears or other damage, you will need to target on the delivery note the defects that are present and consequential damages in the materials for that Racing Colors to be able to exercise the warranty set out with the transport company. We shall inform as soon as possible to be able to pursue the claim. In that case, the material shall be repaired or replaced without any cost as well as shipping expenses.

(c) Material received in error:

If the package contains a product that is not included in the order sheet or this is confused we need to do know within 2 days after receipt of the same. We will collect the material incorrect or missing and we will replace it by the one you requested without charge to the customer.

d) Refund for withdrawal:

The online shopper has the right to return any product within 14 days of your purchase for no reason express. However, the expenses of sending back will not be paid nor the back. The payment will be made once the material was received and inspected that is in perfect condition as is its packaging.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN?

- The shipping can be done by the agency the customer wants, and may even agree with Racing Colors a collection.

- The material must be in perfect condition, even the original packaging.

- You must notify Racing Colors before making any return.

- The material must have been received 14 days after its receipt.

Additional note:

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at its option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the user. Also, as an entity attached to Trust Online and in terms of its ethic Code, in case of disputes relating to recruitment and online advertising, data protection and the protection of minors, the user may go to the system of extrajudicial resolution of disputes of Trust Online (www.confianzaonline.es).
