GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

WARRANTY OF THE MATERIALS

Racing Colors, SL as an authorized distributor acts as the intermediary between brands and customers. Racing Colors, SL notes that all items have the official guarantee of the manufacturer in question and is in full legal provision to exercise that warranty.

RETURNS POLICY

Processed returns under the following situations:

a) Material with a defect from the factory:

In such a case, if the package is bumps, stains, tears or other damage, you will need to target on the delivery note the defects that are present and consequential damages in the materials for that Racing Colors to be able to exercise the warranty set out with the transport company. We must inform before of after the first 24 hours of the receipt of the same. In that case, the material shall be repaired or replaced without any cost as well as shipping expenses.

(c) Material received in error:

If the package contains a product that is not included in the order sheet or this is confused we need to do know within 2 days after receipt of the same. We will collect the material incorrect or missing and we will replace it by the one you requested without charge to the customer.

d) Refund for withdrawal:

The online shopper has the right to return any product within 14 days of your purchase for no reason express. However, the expenses of sending back will not be paid nor the back. The payment will be made once the material was received and inspected that is in perfect condition as is its packaging.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN?

- The shipping can be done by the agency the customer wants, and may even agree with Racing Colors a collection.

- The material must be in perfect condition, even the original packaging.

- You must notify Racing Colors before making any return.

- The material must have been received 14 days after its receipt.

Additional note:

The parties submit, at its option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the user. Also, as an entity attached to TRUST ONLINE and in terms of its ethic Code, in case of disputes relating to recruitment and online advertising, data protection and the protection of minors, the user may go to the system of extrajudicial resolution of disputes of TRUST ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it comes to provision of services.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the term.

Consequences of the withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received.We will carry out such reimbursement without incurring in any expense as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods in perfect conditions with no limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere checking of the buenestado and operation of the same).

It is imperative that you return the item complete (with all the extras and accessories included) and with the original packaging in perfect condition or in the best state possible, because if not it will suffer depreciation. In this way, you will simplify the processing. The carrier may only remove goods that are in a state of optimal transport.

Only you are responsible of the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Will not apply the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- The supply of goods made to the especificaiones of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which after their delivery and taking into account their nature, have mixed form indisosiable with other goods.
