True Metallic Metal Vallejo Sets (18ml x 4 units)

Vallejo's new True Metallic Metal (TMM) range aims to represent realistic metallic surfaces using paints with real metallic pigment, rather than simulating metal with flat colors as in Non Metallic Metal (NMM).

This range incorporates 4 elements: lights, bases, shadows and airbrush, in order to work together to create ultra-realistic metallic effects.

TMM allows for natural reflections and a visually striking finish with less pictorial artifice, preserving the material richness of the miniature metal.

To master this technique, simply using metallic paint is not enough. TMM requires applying the classic principles of light and shadow in volume modeling, working with gradients, transitions, and contrasts just like any other non-metallic finish.

Through a structured and coherent approach, based on the BSL ( Base – Shadow – Light ) model, you can paint metallic surfaces with volume, atmosphere and a clear reading of the light, without sacrificing the real shine of the metal.
