Raptor Paint RAL - 1L

Raptor paint according to RAL chart , very high resistance to scratching and chemical and atmospheric agents, is ideal for industry and vehicles.

Raptor paint offers exceptional physical hardness and resistance to rust, salt, humidity, and extreme temperatures . Ideal for vans, machinery, cranes, 4x4s, and any vehicle requiring a high-strength protective coating. It even restores old paint, giving your vehicle a brand-new finish.

Raptor paint creates a stain- and scratch-resistant layer and is UV-resistant thanks to its new 2K urethane-polyurethane formula. It's a waterproof sealant that protects against water and rust penetration. It resists chemicals such as oils, gasoline, and salt water, among others.

Raptor paint has high adhesion and fast drying time ; its finish is hard yet flexible and helps to dampen sound and vibrations.

Application: High-pressure suction gun specifically designed for coatings or roller

Application Steps:

1. Sand and degrease the surface
2. If it is rusty, remove the rust.
3. Apply the appropriate primer depending on whether it is plastic or metal. If applying over paint or varnish, simply sand and degrease.
4. Mix the catalyst with the paint, inside the same Raptor container and shake well for 2 minutes.
5. Turn the bottle onto the spray gun or pour the 2K coating into the roller tray.
6. Apply 2 to 3 coats: 60 minutes between coats.
7. The paint will be dry in approximately 24 hours.
8. For best results, work at room temperature and in a dust-free (closed) room.
