PPG Deltron D8105 Ceramic Varnish - 1L (without catalyst)

PPG D8105 high solids ceramic varnish , excellent against scratches and wear. High brightness.

Unparalleled scratch resistance, it even protects against scratches caused by car washes.

Characteristics:

- Mixture: 2 Parts of D8105 Varnish + 1 Part of D8215 Catalyst

- Times: Varnish 30 minutes after applying the color. Give 2 coats, 10 minutes waiting between coats.

- Recommended gun: 1.3mm or 1.4mm at 2.5 bars of pressure. Flow regulator open to 2.5 turns.

- Drying: Baking at 60º takes 30 minutes.

- Polishing: It is recommended to polish 1 hour after the baking process. The longer the time, the more difficult it will be to polish it.
