Black Anti-heat Paint Spray

Anti-heat or anti-heat spray paint resistant to high temperatures, up to 600º. Matte black. Made by Montana Colors.

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION.

It is an anti-heat paint mainly made from polybutyl titanate resins and lead-free thermostable pigments, special for the preparation of paints that have great resistance to temperatures up to 600ºC.

2. CHARACTERISTICS.

Very fast drying.
Good hardening.
Good flexibility.
Great scratch resistance once the film is polymerized.
Excellent adhesion.
Does not contain lead or other heavy metals.
Good covering power.
Durability of brightness and color.
Ease of application and repainting.
Thermostability.
Resistance to elevated temperatures.
Adheres perfectly to the paints used in the manufacture of anti-heat materials.

3. APPLICATIONS.

Very suitable especially for parts subjected to different stages of thermal shock.

Industrial facilities.
Hot fluid conduits.
Engine blocks.
Stoves.
Boilers.
Exhaust pipes.

4. INSTRUCTIONS.

Shake the spray very well before use, approximately one minute after hearing the noise of the mixer.
Apply on clean and dry surfaces. Remove corrosion with a wire brush and apply an anti-rust primer if necessary.
Apply in thin layers to obtain better results, three thin layers are always better than one thick one, overpaintable after five minutes with the same paint.
Invert the aerosol to purge the valve after use, if the diffuser becomes clogged, replace it with a new one.
Do not apply to connected equipment and use in well-ventilated areas.
